RETURNS POLICY

CHANGE OF MIND

If you change your mind about your purchase, we're here to help. To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Products must be undamaged and in resellable condition.

  • The buyer is responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns.

  • Product must be returned within 3 days of reception, calculated according to the delivery tracking timestamp.

Refunds will only be issued for products that are returned in a resellable and unused/unopened condition.

 

If a product is damaged in transit due to improper packaging by the buyer, a partial refund will be considered based on the item's condition.

 

The buyer assumes responsibility for securely packing the returned item.

COMPANY FAULT

  • If you receive an incorrect item or your order is not as described, you may return the product at no cost for a full refund.

  • For items damaged during shipping, please provide photographic evidence for verification.

  • If the damage is due to our packaging, we will offer a full refund for the affected items.

We aim for your complete satisfaction and will work with you to resolve any issues fairly and promptly.
