1. Products:
   • All Fuzzbom bath bombs are handmade in Australia.
   • Variations in colour, size, and appearance may occur.
2. Use of Products:
   • Our bath bombs are for external use only.
   • Avoid contact with eyes.
   • Bath bombs are not recommended for children under 2 years of age.
   • Bath bombs with small parts and/or toys are not recommended for children under 5 years of age.
   • If irritation occurs, discontinue use and seek medical advice.
3. Orders & Payments:
   • All prices are listed in AUD and include GST (where applicable).
   • Payments are processed securely through our third-party providers.
   • Fuzzbom reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order.
4. Shipping & Delivery:
   • We ship Australia-wide only.
   • Delivery times are estimates only.
   • Fuzzbom is not liable for delays outside our control (postal issues, customs, etc.).
5. Returns & Refunds
   • Due to the nature of handmade bath products, returns are generally not accepted unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
   • Please contact us within 14 days of delivery for assistance.
6. Limitation of Liability

   Fuzzbom is not responsible for any allergic reactions, misuse of products, or damages resulting from product use beyond consumer law guarantees.

   Product Use Risks

   • Fuzzbom products are designed for external, cosmetic use only. We are not responsible for misuse, including but not limited to ingestion, use on pets, or application on broken skin.
   • While we use skin-safe ingredients, we cannot guarantee that our products will be suitable for every individual. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient lists prior to purchase.
   • Fuzzbom is not liable for any allergic reactions, skin irritations, or sensitivities that may occur from the use of our products. If you are unsure, please conduct a patch test before use.
   • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including but not limited to stained bathtubs, fabrics, plumbing issues, or loss of enjoyment) arising from the use of our products.
7. Changes to Terms

   We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our site means you accept the updated Terms.
