I love the bath bombs I got from Kimberley sooo much! They are adorable, really brightly coloured and the scents are super strong. There was some trouble with the shipping and Kimberley went above and beyond in resolving the issue. Something went wrong with the couriers system and the parcel went missing. When it hadn't arrived in a timely manner, Kimberley contacted me to check in and we worked together to resolve it. When it became clear that my order wasn't going to arrive anytime soon, she sent a second package completely free of charge (and my order was a big one so this was a lot of stock to be sending out twice for free) and told me that if the first parcel ended up arriving later on I was welcome to keep it as well. Her customer service really is next level, and I highly recommend buying from her!
